Parked sites should feel like one family: same contact anti-spam stack, same semantic CSS, same fields on public pages — whether an editor writes markdown or uses /admin.
This starter exists to:
- Bootstrap a new site from one template code (presets, fonts, colours) plus optional Access / CMS overlays
- Keep one content model — title, headline, menus, home parts, and contact form fields match on static and CMS
- Stay deployable on Cloudflare Pages with
wrangler.tomlas the only non-CSS config
